• Partnered with a rapidly growing data center provider during a critical funding and expansion phase, helping scale their workforce from just 5 to over 120 employees. We played a key role in building out their leadership structure and technical delivery teams, recruiting across construction management, project delivery, commissioning, critical infrastructure engineering and senior leadership.
• Supported a newly funded data center operator entering a new US market, helping build their workforce from a small core team into a fully operational business within just 12 months. Through proactive talent mapping and market engagement, we developed a pipeline of specialist professionals across construction, engineering, commissioning and operations, enabling the business to scale quickly as new projects came online.
• Partnered with a leading ENR-ranked general contractor to support the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects across the US. Our partnership focused on sourcing experienced travelling professionals nationwide, including Superintendents, Project Managers, Commissioning Managers and Energy Marshals, helping strengthen project teams in a highly competitive talent market.
