Network Consultant on the IP EU team at Hamilton Barnes. My team is a key partner to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Telecommunication Providers, Hosting Providers, MSPs and Colocation Providers across these countries.
We specialise in various technological domains, including IP/MPLS (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS…), Data Centres (EVPN/VxLAN/SPINE LEAF, SDN/NFV…), Automation (Ansible, Python, Terraform…) and DWDM/GPON networks.
We provide invaluable support to our clients by finding a range of professionals, from CTOs to NOC Engineers and every role in between. Leveraging our tight-knit network, we can reach candidates that general recruiters may overlook, or not even find on platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, or job boards. 40% of our successful candidate placements come from referrals within our well-connected community of engineers!
Here are some case studies of where we have gone above and beyond:
- We work with one of NL largest ISPs in The Hague. They had multiple openings within the Core network team. We successfully placed 3 Senior Network engineers and 3 Mid-Level Network engineers there and are continuing to support them across the business.
- Working exclusively with a growing MSP in Hilversum, we helped them grow from 30 heads to 40 within the space of 2 months. We helped them find 4 talented Network Engineers with varying skill sets in this time.
- We supported one of Europe’s premium hosting providers in Germany with a project that required 2 new engineers (Automation and DC Networking). We found them both hires in the required time and even commutable to their head office/DC site. We are now a preferred supplier to their wider business.
