Hi, I’m George, one of the Co-Founders here at Hamilton Barnes

I've been placing network engineers for over a decade, and I still haven't stopped. While most CEOs in this industry retired to a spreadsheet years ago, I'm still in the market, still placing roles - because if you're going to call yourself the most connected agency in network engineering, someone at the top better still be doing the connecting.

 A few things about me:

• Co-founded Hamilton Barnes in 2014 with a simple idea - go deep in one niche instead of wide across ten, and actually know what a BGP route reflector is when you mention one.
•  Still recruit, every day, alongside running a global team across the UK, USA and APAC. I don't manage from a distance.
• Married to Sarah, dad to Boris, and owned by a Shiba Inu called Luna who runs the house better than I run the business.
•  Live out in the Cotswolds. If I'm not working, I'm on a rugby pitch, behind a shotgun, or stood over a BBQ Smoker
•  Firm believer that relationships win over everything. Anyone can send you a database. Not everyone's spent ten years actually in the networking world building the trust to get the right engineer to pick up the phone.
