I head up the Benelux team here at Hamilton Barnes, we connect top talent with some of Europe’s most exciting AI, Data Center and Network projects!
I’m really passionate about creating opportunities for women in tech and helping them reach their full potential. I love connecting with inspiring female engineers and leaders, and chatting with them on our Women in Tech podcast to share their stories and experiences with the community!
My focus spans the full stack of modern infrastructure, from Data Centres (IT & Critical Facilities), AI Compute (GPUs, Infiniband, RoCEv2, SLURM) to IP Core (EVPN/VxLAN, MPLS, IPv6) partnering with Neoclouds, AI start ups, ISPs, MSPs and Hyperscalers across the Benelux region.
Success stories:
🌟 I helped a Junior Engineer land her dream role at a global data center provider. She doubted herself at first, but with some encouragement from me, hard work from her and great training from her new employer she’s hit the ground running and is working on global projects just six months in!
🌟 I am working with a global AI start up, helping to define their hiring process in a start up phase and headhunting the best talent in Architecture, Data Center, Systems, Network and AI/ML engineering across Europe and the US.
🌟 I helped a global DC provider to urgently build out their Critical facilities team in a remote Dutch location with almost no talent pool. Through targeted headhunting and a strong network of engineers and referrals we manged to build the team out by 9 engineers from Junior to Senior level.
