My background spans startups, Mid-market ISPs on an accelerated growth period through to Fortune 500 environments, giving me the ability to move fluidly across functions including business development, account strategy, negotiation, training, and market positioning. I’m hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on outcomes that drive business growth - not just headcount.

• Onboarded and scaled recruitment programs for 4 Tier 1 ISPs (> $2B+ valuation each)
• Supported a multiple VC-backed ISPs from early-stage inception by building out their entire leadership bench and driving full organizational talent scaling across New York, Texas, Florida, California, and Colorado as they rolled out FTTX infrastructure.
• Supported hiring for multiple Digital infrastructure companies with $20B+ in funding
• Highest performing customer in our North American Markets 22/23, 23/24, 24/25 
• Lead and developed the top performing vertical within Hamilton Barnes- 22/23, 23/24, 24/25
