Hi, I'm Jai, Head of Legal at Hamilton Barnes.

I lead the Legal function across the business, providing strategic legal advice and supporting our operations globally. My role involves advising on a broad range of legal and commercial matters, helping to manage risk while ensuring the business operates in line with its legal and regulatory obligations.

I work closely with senior leadership on employment law, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, compliance, and corporate governance. I also support the wider business by providing practical, commercially focused legal guidance that enables informed decision-making and helps protect the interests of Hamilton Barnes and its clients.
