- A major UK retail bank – Over the past three years, we’ve helped build their network engineering team, becoming a trusted long-term partner as the team grew.
- A global Tier 1 bank – We hired nine engineers into their Networking team within a single financial year, helping them scale quickly without compromising on quality. Built the network engineering team for a quantitative trading firm, supporting the firm’s growth and expansion.
- In 2026 we placed two Low Latency Network Engineers across two global locations for a top-tier trading firm. Both roles had been open for months before Hamilton Barnes was engaged, and we identified both successful candidates through our own CRM within a week.
