Track Record

• Became preferred supplier to a fast-growing European edge data center operator during a period of rapid multi-country expansion, delivering 40+ placements across their European portfolio. We supported the build-out of site teams across operations, facilities engineering, construction and project delivery, helping them stand up new facilities in multiple markets at a rapid pace.
• Partnered with an international electrical subcontractor delivering hyperscale data center projects across Germany, Finland and the Netherlands. Our focus was on sourcing experienced rotational professionals, including Electrical Construction Managers, Supervisors and Site Leads, willing to travel across vital EU cities. This kept project teams fully staffed in some of Europe’s most competitive mission-critical labour markets.
• Supported a German multidisciplinary engineering consultancy expanding its data center capability, recruiting senior civil, utilities and structural engineers alongside branch-level leadership to run their Frankfurt office. Through targeted market mapping, we reached specialist talent with HV, water infrastructure and mission-critical design experience that the client couldn’t access through its own channels.
• Built a dedicated mission-critical recruitment offering for the DACH market from the ground up, partnering with hyperscale, colocation and edge operators across Frankfurt, Berlin, Düsseldorf, & Stuttgart . We placed 23 professionals across critical facilities operations, commissioning, MEP, pre-construction and site acquisition, becoming a trusted talent partner in Europe’s largest data center hub.
