As the UK Head of Marketing at Hamilton Barnes, I lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to elevate our brand and engage our audience. My role encompasses supporting the business from multiple perspectives—candidate-focused, client-led, and internally driven to source top talent.
I am proud to be part of a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing solutions in the network engineering and telecommunications recruitment sectors. We leverage data-driven insights and creative approaches to enhance our market position and achieve measurable results.
Our achievements highlight significant recognition and growth, including being named one of The Sunday Times Top 100 fastest-growing companies in Britain in 2023, and one of the Best Places to Work in May 2023 and May 2024. We were also listed among Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2023 by the Financial Times, boasting a 277% turnover growth over three years.
