1st Line Support Engineer - MSP / END User

We're seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our clients team in the heart of Berlin. 

This role offers hands-on experience across multiple areas of networking, including WLAN campus networking, network security and firewalls, and data center networking. 

You’ll play a crucial role in overseeing key projects, mentoring junior engineers, and gaining valuable management experience while remaining involved in the technical details.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Firewall Migration Projects (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Campus Network Support and Migration Services 
• Cisco Switching – Nexus and Catalyst 
• DC Networking projects will include Cisco ACI, Routing (BGP, OSPF) and Support 
• Management of Jnr and Graduate Engineers 
• Network Design – HLD, LLD 

Skills/Must have:

• German and English Speaking 
• Strong understanding of routing and Switching (R&S)
• Cisco Knowledge is preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
• Firewall Administration and Support 
• WLAN and Campus Network Experience.

Salary:
