Responsibilities:
- Working exclusively with a public sector organization in Woking within the managed services team.
- Provide 3rd line network support for enterprise networks.
- Involvement in troubleshooting, configurations, incident response, and network change implementation.
Skills/Must Have:
- Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
- Experience with firewall support (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA, or Firepower).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP).
- Must be a British National and eligible for SC clearance
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting Cisco ACI networks.
- Experience working with DevOps technologies (Kubernetes & Terraform)
- Active SC clearance
