They are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role will focus on expanding their client base, driving sales, and strengthening relationships within the AV and technology sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the HNW residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tenders tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed on the latest AV technologies, trends, and competitive landscape to leverage business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with design and installation teams to ensure a smooth client experience from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Represent them at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the AV, technology, or related industries.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working with high-end residential and corporate clients.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored, high-quality AV solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of current AV trends, technologies, and emerging innovations is highly desirable.
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and customer service.
