Network Team Lead - ISP

A leading Managed Services Provider that’s scaling their Network Operations team and seeking a Network Team Lead to drive both technical excellence and team performance.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of skilled network engineers, ensuring operational stability, mentoring junior staff, and setting high standards for service delivery. You'll also act as a key escalation point for complex issues and help shape the technical roadmap for managed network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the escalation point for complex network incidents and changes
• Leading by example in delivering high-quality support across enterprise clients
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers (L1 & L2) through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
• Assisting in shaping internal standards, documentation, and process improvements
• Contributing to both BAU operations and project work

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior or lead-level network engineering role
• Strong hands-on background in Cisco and/or Juniper routing & switching
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
• Leadership qualities – whether you’ve officially led a team or been the “go-to” mentor
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
