Product Owner - EUC

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC/DWS Product Owner to join our client's dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. 

You will be accountable for managing and optimising the End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace Services (DWS) portfolio, including devices like laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, tablets, and mobile phones. This role involves owning the life cycle management of these products, collaborating with vendors for informed selection, optimizing client hardware, and managing client asset information. You will also support the rollout of EUC Devices and Azure Virtual Desktops.

Responsibilities:

• Own and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals for EUC/DWS.
• Manage the entire life cycle of EUC/DWS products, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors to make informed decisions on hardware and software selection.
• Optimize client hardware configurations for performance and efficiency.
• Maintain and manage client asset information accurately.
• Support the rollout of EUC Devices and Azure Virtual Desktops.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on EUC/DWS.
• Deep understanding of client device technologies and their underlying architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Application Packaging, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and CCaaS (eg, Genesys).
• Familiarity with Azure, SQL, DevOps, Microsoft 365, and PowerApps.

Salary: 

• £575 per day
