Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation
      • Develop detailed project charters, scope documentation, and resource plans aligned with strategic objectives. 
      • Conduct feasibility assessments, stakeholder mapping, and risk analysis to evaluate project viability. 
      • Create comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and execution roadmaps. 
  • Execution & Team Leadership
      • Lead cross-functional teams, allocating tasks, managing workloads, and tracking performance. 
      • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello to monitor milestones and deliverables. 
      • Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving
      • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. 
      • Proactively resolve issues, manage escalations, and address conflicts to maintain project momentum. 
      • Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize delivery outcomes. 
  • Budget & Resource Management
      • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance reporting. 
      • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers, including contract negotiation where required. 
      • Ensure optimal resource allocation and capacity planning to deliver projects on time and within budget. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
      • Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive briefings. 
      • Manage change control processes, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and costs. 
  • Continuous Improvement
      • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive best practices. 
      • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to consistent delivery standards. 
      • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving methodologies. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical & Professional Expertise
      • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. 
      • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira. 
      • Hands-on familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini), along with experience using next-generation AI frameworks (e.g., Manus) to automate workflows and orchestrate complex processes. 
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
      • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. 
      • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
      • Proven track record of managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively. 
  • Industry Experience
      • 5–8 years of progressive project management experience, ideally within the Hyperscaler Data Center world or Telecommunications. 
      • Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets exceeding $1M. 
      • Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR or industry-specific standards).
