Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of authorized resellers and distributors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Provide guidance and support to channel partners, assisting them in achieving sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in successful channel sales management, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset, able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in German (C2 level or equivalent).
- Fluency in English language.
- Requirement to travel frequently within Europe.
Salary:
- Up to 70,000 EURO + 400pcm car allowance + with up to 100% bonus
