Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative, industry-redefining platforms.
- Provide leadership on Agile/ITIL processes and make critical decisions within the security team.
- Mentor and develop peers and colleagues, offering trustworthy feedback and guidance.
- Design and support policies, functions, and configuration builds for customer projects.
- Conduct integration testing on new products and services, generating comprehensive documentation.
- Safeguard sensitive customer information to uphold the organization's reputation as a trustworthy entity.
- Cultivate a deep technical understanding of company products and services.
- Collaborate closely with the Security Optimisation Manager and Network Security Operations Manager to enhance team structure and development.
Requirements:
- Possess expert or professional certifications such as CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE4+, CCSE.
- Demonstrated experience in 3rd line support.
- Ability to lead as a shift team lead.
Location:
- Sheffield (2-3 days per week)
- Shift Pattern:
- DuPont (4 days on, 4 days off, including days and nights)
Salary & Package:
- £50,000-£60,000 basic salary per annum.
- £9,500 shift allowance.
- 10% Pension.
