We are looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer for our System Integrator client!  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Service Desk environment and be comfortable acting as an escalation point on the team. Not only does this role offer endless opportunities for growth, you'll also be able to mentor junior engineers as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues for clients 
  • Act as a mentor for junior engineers 
  • Configure, deploy and support within Microsoft environments 
  •  Manage & troubleshoot systems and network solutions for clients 

Skills/Must have:

  • Microsoft Suite Experience (Servers, Azure, Active Directory, etc.) 
  • MSP Experience 
  • Experience working in a service desk environment
