Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze system alerts and notifications in real-time.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues identified through monitoring tools.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain documentation related to monitoring procedures and incident response.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement improvements to monitoring systems and processes.
• Provide timely updates and communication regarding the status of ongoing incidents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or Cybersecurity environment.
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Salary:

• Day Rate: £150PD - £200PD 

Location: 

• Fully remote
