Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering second-line technical support to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Troubleshooting issues within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Windows OS, and Azure
- Supporting and maintaining on-premise infrastructure, with exposure to storage, backups, and server hardware
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to meet SLAs and provide an excellent client experience
- Communicating effectively with clients, taking full ownership of incidents through to resolution
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience working within an MSP or IT services environment
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft stack – Office 365, Windows, and Azure
- Good knowledge of infrastructure fundamentals such as backups, storage, and on-premise systems
- Proven ability to manage technical issues independently in a client-facing role
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Desirable skills:
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, switches, and connectivity
Location:
- Hybrid working model (3 days in the Uxbridge office, 2 days from home)
