Responsibilities:

• Provide expert desktop support for Windows servers and systems.
• Troubleshoot and configure hardware and software issues.
• Utilize your knowledge of network fundamentals to maintain system integrity.
• Implement ITIL service management practices for incident, change, and problem response.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in desktop support and Windows servers/systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and configurations.
• Basic understanding of network fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Ability to obtain DV Clearance (existing SC clearance is acceptable).
• Must be a UK National.
