2nd Line Support Engineer - Government

• Handle technical escalations from the service desk team and participate in upgrade projects.
• Troubleshoot Airwave technical incidents.
• Manage and support Intune devices.

Skills and Must-Haves:

• Experience in service desk or 1st line support.
• Eagerness to learn and develop.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Airwave radios.
• Intune experience.
