Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st /2nd line support for end users.
- Work across various devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Escalate to senior engineer when necessary.
- Respond to and prioritise tickets.
- Respond via email and telephone to end users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous IT Support experience.
- Excellent soft skills.
- Experience with Windows and Apple Mac OS.
Location:
- Beckenham
- 5 days a week, on-site.
Salary:
- £25,000 - £30,000
