This role involves troubleshooting, technical guidance, and driving long-term customer satisfaction while acting as a trusted advisor for best practices in network security.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, and actively participate in the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase our products or services' features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges, and develop innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections during the pre-sales phase.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications that meet customer requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements, identify opportunities for improvement, and stay updated on the latest product releases and updates.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products or services against competitors.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and actively engage with potential customers.
