Responsibilities:
- Work exclusively with a private sector organization in Manchester within the managed services team.
- Provide 3rd line network support for enterprise networks.
- Handle troubleshooting, configurations, incident response, and network change implementation.
Skills/Must Have:
- Expertise in Cisco routing and switching.
- Experience with firewall support (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ASA, or Firepower).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP).
- Must be a British National and eligible for SC clearance
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting Cisco ACI networks.
- Experience in managing Cisco ISE environments
- Active SC clearance
