Responsibilities:
- Providing 3rd line support to operational teams.
- Respond to customer issues and network problems.
- Install and set up new system parts.
- Test and start up new equipment and services.
- Make sure new services meet UK security standards.
- Find solutions for outdated system parts to keep it working and secure.
Skills/Must have:
- Demonstrable experience in providing 3rd line support to Cisco networks
- Currently, hold an active SC or DV clearance (Must be happy to obtain DV clearance)
Nice to have:
- Experience in designing, delivering and supporting military networks
- Experience with SD-WAN

- Corsham (Mostly onsite - flexibility at times)
