3rd Line Network Support Manager - Defence & Aerospace

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to handle network incidents, keeping customers and operational teams updated on progress.
• Develop and manage team members to adapt to new technologies and meet customer needs.
• Assist in introducing new services and technologies by participating in design reviews and ensuring team knowledge.
• Oversee the engineering process to transition services into operation, providing necessary training and equipment.

Skills/Must have:

• 10 years relevant industry experience
• 5 years experience in managing engineering teams
• Strong technical network engineering background
• Currently hold an active SC or DV clearance (Must be happy to obtain DV clearance)

Nice to have: 

• Experience in designing, delivering and supporting military networks
• CCNA/CCNP certified

Salary:

• £60,000 to £70,000 Base

Location:

•  Corsham (Mostly onsite - flexibility at times)
•  Must be happy to travel to customer sites on occasion
