Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design and integration of 4G/5G networks for large operator-level projects.
• Collaborate with operators, integrators, and vendor partners to deliver advanced network solutions.
• Perform technical analysis, calculations, and system design for radio, core, and transmission networks.
• Prepare design documentation, integration strategies, and testing frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical input for project planning, delivery, and ongoing improvements.
• Engage in continuous training and upskilling on evolving telecom technologies.

Skills / Must Have:

• Solid background in telecom network integration and design, with proven experience in 4G and 5G.
• Previous work with large-scale operator projects or telecom integration partners.
• Familiarity with vendor ecosystems (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Tata, etc.).
• Ability to perform detailed calculations and create robust system designs.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Education:

• 3+ years in mobile telecom integration and design
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale 4G/5G projects.
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related technical discipline.
