6 x Network Consultants - Cisco Gold Partner

We’re working with a global Cisco Gold Partner delivering a major 5-year network transformation programme.  As part of this exciting project, we’re hiring 6 Network Engineers/Consultants to help modernise and consolidate enterprise infrastructure across Scotland.

This is a hybrid, contract role (outside IR35) with the flexibility to work remotely while attending the office 2 days per week in any Scottish city.

 Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality network design or implementation solutions
• Collaborate on a large-scale infrastructure consolidation across multiple client environments
• Work across routing, switching, security, and wireless technologies
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise networking equipment
• Engage with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs

Skills / Must Have

• Proven experience with Cisco Routing & Switching
• Hands-on experience in network design or implementation
• Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure

Desirable (but not essential):

• Cisco ISR & ASR Routers (2900/4000/1000ASR)
• Cisco ASA, FirePOWER (IPS, FTD)
• Cisco Hyperflex, UCSx
• Cisco Wireless (9800 Series WLCs), Meraki
• Nexus platforms (5K/7K/9K), VPC, VDC
• SD-WAN, DNAC, Prime Infrastructure
• Cisco ISE, ACI, DevNet APIs
• Cloud networking (Azure/AWS)
• Palo Alto Firewalls
• Experience with HP/Aruba platforms

Salary / Day Rate

• £400/day – Network Implementation Engineers
• £450/day – Network Consultant Engineers
