Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 8–10 existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and deepening stakeholder relationships
  • Lead client mapping to identify key decision-makers and expand relationships across each account
  • Conduct regular QBRs, deal reviews, and account reviews
  • Cost and build commercial proposals, working closely with internal commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
  • Act as the internal conductor - liaising with project managers, service delivery managers, and wider sales team to ensure seamless account delivery
  • Translate technical solutions into plain-language outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities by recognising client pain points and matching them to the client's service portfolio


Skills / Must Have:

  • Proven background in telecoms, managed services, or a closely related MSP environment
  • Strong commercial acumen — experience costing and margin-building on complex deals is essential
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts (500+ headcount organisations)
  • Ability to engage at a senior level and build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Outcome-based or consultative selling approach with demonstrable examples
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to identify pain points and solution opportunities
  • Experience in public sector, private sector, BPO, or contact centre environments is advantageous

  • £78,000 base + £8,000 car allowance
  • OTE up to £150,000+ (uncapped)
