Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to nurture and expand their client relationships while driving revenue growth. This role will focus on managing and growing existing accounts, leveraging expertise in Networks, Network Security & Wireless.
You will be joining an organization that specializes in the construction and management of IT networking infrastructure, with particular expertise in cybersecurity, wireless networking (WiFi), and core networking systems. As a systems integrator, they design tailored systems and leverage leading technology and expertise to implement and maintain them. What sets them apart is their commitment to guaranteeing their work and maintaining a high level of security to ensure clients' trust in their cybersecurity efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
- Actively participate in account planning and strategising to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in an Account Management role within the technology sector, with a focus on Networks, Network Security & Wireless.
- Professional or Managed Services Experience
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
