This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a farming and upselling environment, with a passion for building long-term relationships and delivering tailored IT solutions. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure client success across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing mid-market clients in the Melbourne region
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell solutions, including: Infrastructure (Microsoft, HP, Lenovo), Cybersecurity (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), Networks (Fortinet Firewalls)
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive account growth and track performance against revenue targets
  • Represent the business as a trusted partner, not just a vendor

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success in the IT industry
  • Experience working with mid-market customers, ideally in a managed services environment
  • Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen
  • Ability to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue from existing accounts
  • A self-starter with a proactive and client-first mindset

  • $30K annual target
  • 90% of target = 6% commission
  • 100% = 8% commission
  • 110%+ = +2% accelerator
