You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure client success across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing mid-market clients in the Melbourne region
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell solutions, including: Infrastructure (Microsoft, HP, Lenovo), Cybersecurity (Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), Networks (Fortinet Firewalls)
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Drive account growth and track performance against revenue targets
- Represent the business as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or customer success in the IT industry
- Experience working with mid-market customers, ideally in a managed services environment
- Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen
- Ability to spot growth opportunities and drive revenue from existing accounts
- A self-starter with a proactive and client-first mindset

Commission Structure:
- $30K annual target
- 90% of target = 6% commission
- 100% = 8% commission
- 110%+ = +2% accelerator
