Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated client accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to develop and implement account strategies to meet client goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of customer account management, including contract negotiation, agreement management, and profitability analysis
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of resources to deliver exceptional service


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the IT or technology industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and maximizing profitability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary
  • Knowledge of IT products and services is a plus but not required


Location:

  • This role is based in Blackburn North, Melbourne, with occasional travel to client locations across the Melbourne area as needed
