Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the SMB and mid-market sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions including networking, cloud, security, and managed services
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, account reviews, and solution updates
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new contracts and renewals


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the IT, cloud, or managed services industry
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
