Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to post-sale support.
- Present tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of customer needs and company offerings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Procurement, and Finance.
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum 3 years of sales or account management experience.
- Customer-first mindset with a detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on approach.
- Familiarity with IT/Telecom services and IP networking
