Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers within enterprise financial institutions.
  • Own and drive the full account lifecycle – from onboarding and retention to expansion and renewal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, IT strategy, and regulatory landscape to position relevant ISP solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across WAN, Cloud, and Security portfolios.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and product teams to design tailored solutions that address customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets across assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the telecommunications or IT services industry.
  • Strong track record of managing enterprise customers, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN, Internet), Cloud (public/private/hybrid), and Security (firewalls, managed security services, compliance).
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at senior levels (technical and non-technical).
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
