Role Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic and coaxial lines
• Operate and inspect bucket trucks and aerial equipment daily
• Perform fiber splicing, terminations, and safety-compliant installations
• Ensure all fieldwork meets local, state, and federal codes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of aerial lineman experience, including working at heights
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — 90% of hires must meet this requirement
• Hands-on experience with fiber optic systems and aerial platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus lineman certification preferred
