Role Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic and coaxial lines
- Operate and inspect bucket trucks and aerial equipment daily
- Perform fiber splicing, terminations, and safety-compliant installations
- Ensure all fieldwork meets local, state, and federal codes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of aerial lineman experience, including working at heights
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — 90% of hires must meet this requirement
- Hands-on experience with fiber optic systems and aerial platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus lineman certification preferred
