Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert for supporting advanced trading applications
• Work hands-on with Linux servers, Windows client applications, and AWS cloud environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications to ensure ultra-low latency performance
• Dive into log files and use scripting to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Partner with global teams to deliver round-the-clock support for trading operations

What We’re Looking For:

Junior Analyst:

• Basic experience working with Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar)
• A problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing in FinTech
• Interest in financial markets or trading systems is a big plus

Senior Analyst:

• Strong experience supporting Linux-based applications in production environments
• Proficiency with AWS and scripting for troubleshooting and automation
• In-depth knowledge of application support and monitoring tools
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and thrive in fast-paced trading environments
