Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and electrical system integrity at a state-of-the-art data center
- Supporting the Electrical Manager in coordinating planned and emergency maintenance
- Ensuring all electrical work is executed safely and with minimal disruption to critical systems
- Working hands-on with electrical infrastructure such as UPS systems, emergency generators, fire alarm/suppression systems, and security systems
- Managing vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and preventative programs via CMMS
- Collaborating with engineering and development teams to support new builds and system upgrades
Skills/Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-reliability data center or critical facilities environment
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and infrastructure
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and building management systems (BMS)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to be on-call and respond to emergencies if needed
- Associate degree or higher in an engineering or technology-related discipline preferred
