Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:

• Install and configure AV equipment, including projectors, video walls, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
• Ensure all components are integrated seamlessly and tested for proper functionality.
• Conduct site surveys to determine AV requirements and prepare installation plans.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance on AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on-site or remotely.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in a timely manner.

Customer Service:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV needs and address any concerns.
• Provide training to clients on the use of AV systems and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficient in the installation and configuration of AV equipment, including Crestron, Extron, AMX, Polycom, and other industry-standard systems.
• Strong understanding of signal flow, wiring, and cable management.
• Experience with video conferencing systems, digital signage, and networked AV systems.

Salary:

• £35,000-£50,000
