The team is hiring an AV Technician to support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual systems. The role will focus on ensuring smooth operation during installations, events, and day-to-day use while troubleshooting issues and delivering exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure commercial AV systems, including displays, projectors, video walls, audio systems, and conferencing platforms.
- Pull, terminate, and label cables to professional standards (Cat6, fiber, HDMI, etc.).
- Assist with rack builds, equipment mounting, and system commissioning.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure quality performance.
- Work closely with Lead Technicians and Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service calls.
- Provide basic client training and system handoff support.
Skills/Must have:
- 2–5+ years of AV installation or field technician experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-Sys, or similar platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and project documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software components.
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in construction environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.
- Industry certifications (CTS, Crestron, Extron, Q-Sys, or manufacturer-specific) strongly preferred
