The company is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered sentiment analysis and reporting platform. This 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension) requires a hybrid working model, with regular presence in Wokingham.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create an end-to-end AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI for sentiment analysis, feedback capture, and multi-source integration.
- Connect systems like Salesforce, BI tools, CSAT scores, and media inputs into a unified, scalable architecture.
- Implement secure and compliant data capture/storage mechanisms with traceability and auditability.
- Develop dashboards, search/filtering features, and auto-generated reports to surface key stakeholder insights.
- Use AI to automate data analysis processes and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
What You Will Ideally Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing AI capabilities on Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in integrating data from CRMs, analytics tools, and unstructured sources like emails or transcripts.
- Ability to build scalable, secure, and modular architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Deep understanding of data privacy laws, audit trails, and compliance frameworks (eg, GDPR, ISO).
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau for actionable, user-friendly reporting.
