We are recruiting for a B2C Sales Advisor to work for one of London's largest ISPs based within the city centre. 

Our client is looking for an experienced salesperson with a strong track record who is a self-motivated team player who can join and play a key role within our experienced sales team, against our ambitious acquisition targets. 

Our client has bold growth plans with a large focus on their business audience. This shift in focus has resulted in the need for a B2C Sales Advisor to help drive further growth in their fibre delivery to buildings and portfolios across London.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales and renewal queries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, and opportunities and respond via outbound calls
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant responses and product recommendations 
  • Contribute to team discussion on how to objection handle and share best sales practice
  • Actively take on other mini sales-related projects as needed 
  • both to learn and understand the business and support projects

What you will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, retention or renewals within a consumer service business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Motivated, target-driven and results-orientated
  • Proficient experience within Salesforce
