Bauleiter (m/f/d) - Telecommunications

Are you ready to take charge of construction projects in Eastern Bavaria, overseeing teams and ensuring smooth operations? 

We’re currently seeking a Bauleiter to join the team and play a pivotal role in managing their FTTx construction sites across the region. As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring site efficiency, and maintaining quality standards, all while enjoying the benefits of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

They have a strong track record of internal promotions, offering you the opportunity to progress into either a Senior Bauleiter or Projektleiter role! 

Responsibilities:

• Manage 6-12 personnel across multiple construction sites
• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to streamline project execution
• Travel across Eastern Bavaria to supervise various sites, ensuring efficient project management
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

Skills/Must have:

• Working experience as a Bauleiter, preferably in tiefbau or related fields
• Proficiency in managing subcontractors and construction teams
• Familiarity with FTTx projects is desirable
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent in German language

Salary:

• €60,000 - €75,000 per year, depending on experience
