As a Bauueberwacher, you will oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to technical and legal standards while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor subcontractors' work in customer activation, ensuring alignment with execution plans and service descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements, including quality standards, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
- Document defects, oversee their resolution, and maintain detailed construction diaries.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, recording findings comprehensively.
- Facilitate the use of IT systems for construction documentation by subcontractors.
Skills/Must have:
- Previous experience in glasfaser/tiefbau installations
- Background within customer activations
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Fluent in German language (C1+)
- Mobility and willingness to travel for work, possessing a Class B driving license.
