BMS Trainee Engineer - Utilities

The team is seeking a skilled BMS Trainee Engineer with hands-on experience in the service, maintenance, and optimisation of BMS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Attend sites for PPM, servicing, breakdowns, and remedial works
• Shadow senior engineers as part of development
• Provide clear and detailed reports for each job
• Be part of the on-call rota (1 in 5 weeks, once trained)
• Engage with clients and represent the company professionally
• Participate in engineer meetings and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• A driven, positive attitude with genuine interest in BMS
• M&E, electrical, support, or IT background
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a close-knit team
• Willingness to commit to the training plan (note: if you leave within 12 months of taking a course, required to repay the training cost)
• Any Trend or Tridium experience (monitoring, wiring, commissioning, etc.)
• BMS servicing or support background

Salary:

• £200/week on-call + minimum 4 hours guaranteed pay
