They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in West Sussex.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the UK wireless market.
  • identify and engage with potential clients across Telco/Fttx/MNOs as well as target industries for 5G Private Networks e.g. manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and more
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and decision-makers.
  •  Understand clients' business needs and propose tailored wireless solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your industry knowledge and technical expertise to present compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers, and other key players in the wireless ecosystem.
  •  Collaborate with partners to co-create and promote innovative solutions that enhance our market offering.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our expertise and thought leadership in wireless technology.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.

Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience within BD in Wired or Wireless sectors.
  • Technical Understanding 
  • Stand alone sales experience 
  • Negotiation & Bidding background 
  • Lead Generation 
  • On-site experience 
  • Multi million pound contract experience 
  • Build Partner/ Tier 1 experience
