This role will focus on driving revenue growth by aligning solutions with client needs, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales function.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a clear sales strategy to generate new business.
- Leading client conversations from first meeting through to successful deal closure.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our services portfolio.
- Building relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders.
- Working closely with our Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to run targeted campaigns and convert prospects.
- Supporting the Account Directors in strategic pursuits, while driving your own pipeline.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with technology partners and vendors to create new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the cyber security industry.
- A strong understanding of security solutions and services (e.g. managed SOC, GRC, penetration testing, compliance frameworks).
- A consultative, problem-solving approach to uncovering customer needs and delivering value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results.
