Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across enterprise, mid-market, and government sectors.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement).
  • Understand client challenges and position tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and deliver successful solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within IT or Cybersecurity.
  • Experience in selling IT Managed Services.
  • Good understanding of: Data Protection, MDR, Microsoft, GRC, and Zero Trust.
  • Strong network of C-level and senior IT/security contacts (preferred).
  • Experience selling managed services, MSSP, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
  • Results-driven, with a hunter mentality and passion for building new business.
